AMX Automatrix隶属于COPROMEC集团。最初作为一家提供自动化方案的公司立足于为汽车电子行业服务。后续因不断收到来自于客户的需求并结合我司技术特点，现在AMX Automatrix已经成长为有压烧结设备的顶部制造企业，服务于半导体、功率电子和汽车领域。多年以来，我司励精图治开发完善有压烧结工艺设备。源于心中对技术创新和提供优质服务的热情与决心，AMX不断鞭策自己，谱写有压烧结技术和配套自动化技术的新篇章，成为有压烧结领域设备新地标，带给客户完全不同于以往的使用和服务体验。

我们开放内部实验室给客户进行测试和打样服务。我们的经验足够掌控整个芯片键合工艺流程，包括纳米银膏喷涂，有压烧结，多层次检测以及推拉力测试。全部设备在线连接，提供全面的数据追溯。我们还可以额外提供凸版印刷，具备全套生产工艺能力来满足客户需求。对芯片键合的充分经验使得我们时刻准备着为客户提供不同阶段的研发需求。
