Innovation and Research
We provide customers with the opportunity to conduct tests and create samples of their products utilizing our internal laboratory. Our expertise extends to managing the entire die-attach process, including Ag-silver paste dispensing, sintering, multi-level inspection, and shear testing. All the equipments are connected in line in order to provide to the customer full data traceability.
